So even that I'm a Danish guy and my ex and am I in my English is horrible and I have this crack in my wall and you cannot focus on anything else and you're watching on everything trying to see what kind of books I have or maybe you don't like the sound of my video or maybe it's the light of the camera or maybe it's not good enough.

And I think that's because that you just want to know more because you do have a dream and you want to follow doing doing your dream, so that's great.
I'm creating I'm making a lot of mistakes in this video.
And I do have things like this and it's not perfect.
And today, I was wearing this 1II can show you.
I also wear those ones.
Yeah.
And these ones, I like those ones.
And honestly, how can you do that?
You're working with businesses.
You're helping business leaders and you're coaching them.
You are I'm a performance coach and mental trainer, and I'm helping entrepreneurs, and I'm hell helping business leaders and stuff like And I'm trying to help you as well, and and that's because of my wife.
That's what I do.
But listen.
Why should things be perfect?
Because no 1 is perfect.
We're humans.
We're not perfect.
You're not perfect.
I'm not perfect.
But anyway, what's wrong with this?
What's wrong with this?
The only thing that's wrong is your idea about what's right.
Right?
So let's continue.
First, we go back in time.
Before we talk about business, we have to go back in time again.
Million years ago, when we were just walking around, I think, it was Africa.
Right?
And and that we were just maybe working together in tribes because humans, they figure out if we work together in tribes, we could actually protect each other from dangerous animals or other tribes.
So humans started to work together in small groups, small teams, let's call it tribes to protect each other.
And within a tribe, there will always be someone alpha someone who's the leader and that could be alpha male and alpha female, alpha here, alpha she, someone who was leading the group and someone who was like the leader.
I don't know how it at that time, if it was the strongest 1 or if it was the cleverer 1.
I'm sure we have an idea.
But anyway, we had this tribe and everyone wanted to be a part of this tribe.
Because if a tribe, they don't like if they don't like you within, you try type.
They will just ask you to leave.
No.
They will just bid you and they will leave you.
Right?
And and then you're out of the tribe.
At that time, if you were out of the tribe alone, you were dead.
Honestly, if you are alone there, there will be dangerous animals attacking you.
There will be other tribes attacking you.
So being alone being out of your tribe equal the death.
So no 1 wanted to be alone.
And that part in our old old brain is still there.
It's still in there with amygdala, with our fear, everything So this 1 will always say, don't be alone.
Don't be don't get pushed out of your tribe.
And that's why we have so many reactions as we do every day because I'm sure that maybe you're thinking about if I'm creating an online course.
And, like, the 1 that Nils us doing, sitting in a hoodie like this, having a crack in the wall like this and, like, having a a red nose like this or something like that, then what would people say?
What will they think about me?
Why do we even think that?
What will people think about me?
It's because that you want people to like you.
And that's normal.
That's really normal.
Our the humans are we humans we want people to like us because we want to stay in the tribe.
We don't want to be alone out there because then we will get killed.
So we always want people to like us, not everyone because we don't care with those over there.
We don't like them.
They don't like us.
It's okay.
Those ones, they're not even my customers like, I don't care.
That's great.
But What about your customers?
Oh, what about your family?
What about your best friends?
What about your tribes?
We're all the part of small tribes What about your tribe?
Do you want them to like you?
Yeah.
Do you want to contribute?
Yeah.
Why do you want that?
It's because you know that if you're out of your tribe, if your friends kick you out, if your family kicks you out, you your brain, amygdala will tell you alone equal death.
And even that we have new new brains or newer part of our brains.
I'm sorry, my English is horrible, and I don't care.
So then then we still believe, we still have this fear about being alone equal death.
That's not the only thing.
The old part of our brain is telling us a lot of things during the day, like fear alerts, like don't go over there, don't talk with this guy and don't post this on Facebook because of this this this.
It's going to our unconsciousness and finding, like, old situations that do you remember back in school that when you were speaking or you're reading from a book and people was laughing at you.
So why should you sit in front of a camera and trying to say something clever in English and your English is horrible, then people will laugh at you like they did back in school.
Thank you fear.
I will not do that.
I will not put myself in that situation again.
I didn't like that.
So not going to be in front of a camera and especially not speaking English because my English is horrible.
No.
So that's why we don't do things.
It's because our brain tells us this is going to get wrong this is going to be very bad for you.
Stay away.
We we humans We're like, I haven't approved over my head in life.
I have food on my table.
I can pay my bills and I love the girlfriend.
And I live in a nice city.
So have everything.
I can just go to the couch and watch Netflix.
Actually, that's what our brain want us to do because why should you do more than that.
So if you're trying to go to gym in the morning, some of you have tried this, some of you you are a member of fitness, gym somewhere.
And in the morning, your brain is telling you, well, actually, there is emails that you can check on your computer because you work from home or or maybe you can just go earlier to work and get things done.
Or maybe you can or I need to to create make food for my kids so they can bring to school or something.
So you find a reason why not why why you shouldn't go to gym this morning?
There's this and there's that and I'm tired today and maybe my body need to rest.
It's so Okay.
It's good.
Your brain is creating ideas, so you don't need to go to gym.
Why?
Because you don't tell your brain or yourself, why you should go to to gym?
It's like if you are really working on that 1 saying, okay, I need to go to gym every morning because I want to get be healthy.
I want to be a healthy human.
I want to like be healthy so I can lift up my kids and I can hack them and I can play football with them.
And even when I grow older, I can do things with them, repair old houses and I can fix a car and stuff like that.
Or I can just follow my own dreams, I can travel the world, I can build something.
I can do something even when I'm getting old.
So I don't want to get fat.
I don't want to get lazy.
And I don't want this and I don't want that.
So I need to go to fitness.
So if you really know why you're going to fitness, what is the benefits?
Then maybe maybe you will go to gym.
Or maybe you have a bad habit because If you don't have a good habit like some of you you go to fitness every morning, that's great.
That's a habit for you.
You just do it.
You don't even think it.
Like when I go to brush my teeth in the morning and in the evening, I don't think about it.
I just do it.
Like you go to gym in the morning, you just do it.
But I have try to sit in my chair in there and just think I'm not going to gym this morning because I need to check emails and I have a website I need to work on and blah blah blah.
And that's because my brain is telling me just to stay home.
You don't need to run after that animal to get at it because you are not hungry.
So if you're not hungry, why should you work to get that 1.
Why should you work hard to catch that animal?
No.
Stay on.
Relax.
That's normal.
That's really normal.
And that's why we have to create new habits and we have to fight the old habits.
To to get what we want in life and to follow our dreams, to live our dreams.
So, wow, I'm talking a lot.
I know that.
I'm sorry.
But I hope that you understand my point.
And so that's actually what I'm talking about is actually that you want to be a part of your tribe.
You don't want to be alone.
You don't want to be kicked out.
And fear is controlling you and that's okay.
You just need to remember it.
So when you're trying to work on your business or your dream or whatever, I hope that your business is your dream, and we're going to talk about that 1.
So you have to work on your dream, then you really need to remember that fear will control you and that it will pop up and say no, no, nils don't do that.
Just relax Why should you Why should I go out of my comfort zone?
All of us want to be in our comfort zone because that's life.
Wow.
We have a good time here.
Yeah.
But you don't develop anything.
You don't create anything if you don't get out of your comfort zone.
Can of your comfort zone.
Get on the other side of your comfort zone.
Get out there and then create something, learn something for all make mistakes hurt yourself and then get back into your comfort zone.
Relax and then create a plan, and then get the hell out of there into the out of your comfort zone again.
And then fall, create something, get success, get successful, do shit out there, and then come back again to a comfort zone, relax and then work on another plan.
Do you get my 0, I'm just talking a lot.
So your business.
Why don't you do?
What do you want to do in your business?
Sometimes it's because of your brain.
Brain telling you, no, don't put that out there because people will laugh at you.
I saw someone else who had she has created this nice, simply your website with nice trainings, and I can't do that.
So maybe I shouldn't or or I will only do it if I can have a nice website as her.
So and those consciences, they will really like to help me.
But I have the money to pay them our support.
They they they they help me with technical things, but I have to do things my self, and I'm not good at this at this.
I can hire someone external outside the ASIM player to help me with this, but do I have the money?
No, I don't have the money.
I want to do it myself.
Can I do it myself?
No, I cannot do it.
So I don't do it.
Or I I wait tomorrow.
Until tomorrow.
Yeah.
That's normal.
We all have that.
So I actually think that fear is holding you back from doing what you want in life.
And maybe some of you, you are here.
You are online.
You have a dream about an online business.
But really, is it your dream?
Is it your dream?
Or is it because that you have seen someone who who's doing a great business online.
Maybe you have seen a lot of advertisements with people like saying, you can do your business online.
You can everything is online.
Coronavirus does that we cannot see each other anymore and now we have to do everything online and you can do everything online and blah blah blah.
And then you just want to be like them.
Or maybe you have seen some of the rich people in America or in Denmark or whatever.
And with successful people doing shit online, they have a nice unmanage up.
They're helping people.
They're creating a course like maybe not like this, but like some of the other trainings in Simpler.
That's great.
That's cool.
Is it your dream?
Is it what you want to do?
Because if you don't want your online if you don't want an online business, then then why are you here?
So you need to think about what you want in life.
What did you want in life?
And now we're going back to the old amygdala brain again because a lot of people, they actually think that they should do this because this is what is expected of them or my friends, they're doing it.
They're doing this online business.
It's cool.
I want to be an entrepreneur No.
I have seen this.
I have seen I don't even know what is called in Denmark, but Dünshül, that's the TV show with investors throwing money at good ideas and then creating businesses and blah, blah, blah.
I've seen that on television.
I want to be like them.
Yeah.
Are you really sure about that?
Do you want to do it?
Because if I'm telling you now, right now, that if you want to create a good idea and you want to bring it out there.
And before you have a real success out with this, because you have to do everything yourself, put everything up and simply do online marketing, and do networking, do email marketing, do everything, and it will take you 5 years until you can just relax and enjoy this dream.
Are you then ready?
Are you ready to spend 5 years of your life to do this?
Because if you don't, if you're not ready to do it.
If you're not ready to wait 5 years or no, not waiting.
If you're not ready to work hard in 5 years to get this and done, then maybe it is in your dream.
This can be a quick fix for you.
Oh, it's simply, oh, it's easy.
I can just put everything in there.
I can just do the Nilsa saying in the video that things does need to to be perfect.
I can just create it with my mobile phone.
Oh, this microphone is great.
And I can use light.
Here, I can tell stories.
I can create a video.
It's great.
Yeah.
It is.
And you can actually teach people and it is easy, but sometimes it's hard.
You will when you start your journey, when you start living out your dream, you will discover that you have to do everything yourself.
Unless you will pay people to do it, and if you don't have a lot of money and you have to earn the money first, then maybe you will do things yourself.
It's this your dream.
