Because we have a lot of ideas that if this is going to happen and what if this is going to And if if if we have all the ideas and the problem here is actually that animals, they are reacting on what's going on right now. They see things and they react.

Or and we're doing it because the brain is, like, telling us, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, take care of yourself? You know? Don't get hurt don't hurt yourself again.

Because not a lot of us are actually thinking about all the good things that can happen. And you should do that because when you have a negative thoughts and positive thoughts. I can tell you that you need 3 times more positive thoughts, sorry, to have like a balance between positive and negative. Yeah, it's true. 3 times more positive.
Okay? So So every time you think about bad things, you just need to think about 3 good things in life. Okay? So that's actually I can sell your secret. When I check-in in the morning in Sombrero, I need to tell my colleagues 3 things that I'm grateful for in the morning.

If I do this, if I follow my dream, then this can happen. And what about this and if I cannot earn enough money and if this and if I have to sell my kind, like, write everything down. Do it now. Right. Right.
