A scored quiz works based on a total score that a quiz taker gets as they go through a quiz. Every answer choice to every question has a point value associated with it, and the outcome of the quiz is based on the total point value that a quiz taker gets.  Learn more here.   

You can use a scored quiz to evaluate a member or student's understanding of your course content.  You can create a scored quiz in Interact and easily embed it into a final course lesson page to complete a program or training.  

The Demo Quiz on the next page is set up with two results based on an 80% scale.  If you answer 80% of the questions correctly you pass and will be directed to a certificate landing page.  If your answers are less than 80% correct you're directed to re-take the quiz to try again. 

We've also set up the quiz integration with two triggers.  One adds members who complete the quiz to a specific list.  The other adds a 'Pass' tag to all members who pass the quiz.  Then we've added a trigger to the List to send a 'certificate' email to those who pass the quiz.  Test it out for yourself by taking the quiz!
