My approach is practical and based on the experience I have from leading organisations from 4 to 180.000 people. As a Past President of the largest organisation worldwide for young leaders (JCI - Junior Chamber International) I still engage with the development of talented leaders and change makers. It has given me a unique network ranging from some of the best thinkers to leaders of nations.
