I live in north London with my wife Sophie, daughter Liv (when she's not at Warwick Uni) and my father-in-law George.

We also have a cat Lotta who doesn't understand me and that is mutual!

My mission in life is to support people to find a working life they love and realise that they have many more options than they might believe.

And to discover what it means to experience life as part of nature and realise the terrible wrong turn we made when we abandoned nature and tried to control everything and everyone as part of some inhuman machine.

Seeing someone else bloom as they allow themselves to dream is inspiring.

I love having time to pursue adventures and expect to be more free to do this soon with a mini campervan. By foot, bike or cold water swimming!
