I’m Jody and I’ve have been an artist, maker, and entrepreneur for over 30 years. I’m a licensed psychotherapist and board certified art therapist in private practice where I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and trauma.

Here I am an educator, coach, and mentor.  With every offering and invitation, I seek to honor the mystery and movement of feminine wisdom throughout all seasons of life. It is my greatest honor to witness women stepping into their truest, most powerful selves after taking a course or choosing to work with me in a deeper way.

My experience as a therapist allows me to provide women with unique and powerfully transformative tools to begin challenging the status quo of hustle culture to create a new, more balanced way forward in all areas of life.
