In my entire grown up life I´ve always felt that life must be so much bigger than what I experience and what I´ve been told in school. So early on in life I chose my own path rather than the main stream thing to do (study, career and so on). I really enjoyed powerful experiences and had a great interest for cars and motorcycles in my young years up to twenty.

Then I came across parachuting/skydiving and went for a course in Skåne. I was immediately hooked and stayed in that sport for 7 years. I became instructor, chief instructor, world record holder and many more exciting things, ending up with over 1100 jumps. 

In the end of the parachuting era I met my wife Katha who also was engaged in the sport. We married and got three kids that are grown up today (youngest 20). I´ve taken on several careers over the years. One as Light Designer in theater that went on to commercial Light Design. Another as an Entrepreneur developing www.onspotstory.se which I´ve since long sold.

In year 2011 my life pivoted when I decided to join a program becoming an ICF coach (life coach). Now, with children quite grown up, there was time for me to dive more into the spiritual aspect of life. It soon became a very turbulent time for me leading to a major crisis in the relationship with my wife. It was quite some ride and looking back, it was a big inner cleaning job for us both. In 2015 the tornado faded off and my clarity and joy in live went into a new gear, once again in love with my lovely wife. We stood by the test. 

Since then my clarity of life, spirituality and our existence is so much more crispy clear. I´m today a 10+ years experienced transformational coach and the feeling is that everything up til now has been nothing but a preparation for whats to come.

I´m deeply grateful for seeing Spirit of Man evolve. One of my superpowers is to predict possible futures. What I see in the years to come for Spirit of Man is huge, exciting and will make a difference for so many men!

Most important is that I´m not doing this solely for own interest. I´m doing it because I´m ment to do it. I`m just following my inner guidance.
